Extended Stay America Washington D.C. Centreville

This Centreville, Virginia spot is the best ESA we’ve stayed at across the states, hands down. It was quiet, really clean, and we had a great stay. Ms. Lisa and Ms. Kim were wonderful, going out of their way to accommodate us however they could. The new owner was friendly, very nice, and well spoken too. I give this place 100%+! It was a pleasure meeting and talking with both ladies. Thank you so much, you’re very appreciated!

The location suited me perfectly, close to the freeways and restaurants, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. But the room was in rough shape, with outdated fixtures, holes and visible patches all over. The bathroom sink was cracked, and so was the caulking around it. The backsplash and vent hood in the kitchen were dirty, and there was hair on the sheets and towels. It was my first stay at ESA, and unfortunately I won’t be back.

Lisa at the front desk made the stay more comfortable by upgrading us to a spacious key suite and giving us the kitchenware we needed. The hotel was clean and peaceful. It’s also handy for getting to grocery stores, restaurants, and Routes 28 & 29.

The room was large, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I was treated better here than at the popular hotel I used in NY. Khalid was so friendly at the front desk, and he showed genuine concern about my needs as a handicapped guest. I felt like he’d given me the best room in the house, even though I know all the rooms are nice. He’s a natural for the job. I also really liked having a laundry room that you can only enter with your room card. Kim was warm and helpful too. She checked on how my stay was going and wished me well on the rest of my trip. This was my second Extended Stay America stay on this trip, and I’ll definitely use them again. Honestly, I’m only staying at Extended Stay America from now on. Thanks to Khalid for doing such a great job, and to Kim for being so kind and cordial.
