The accessibility could be better. Our room had a tub with a grab bar, and I’d suggest replacing it with a walk-in shower. The toilet paper holder was a long reach from the toilet, which worked for my long arms but could be difficult for others. The shower head holder also wouldn’t keep the head high enough above mine. Fixing that small issue would make this a five-star stay for me. The lodge theme felt warm and inviting, and the property was impeccably clean. Check-in was fast, and the gentleman at the desk was pleasant and very helpful. Our room smelled fresh, the bed was neatly made and comfortable, and I slept very well. The heating and air conditioning worked great, so we could set the room to the temperature we’re used to. We’ve stayed here many times for business and will keep choosing it. I’d highly recommend the hotel, especially for business travel.

I found a young cockroach in the bathroom when I turned on the light in the morning. Then I checked our food bag and found an adult one. I told the front desk, and they called it “concerning.” After leaving, I read more reviews and saw that the hotel had been notified about this problem multiple times. They replied that they were getting rid of the roaches, but that didn’t turn out to be true. They may say the same in response to my review, but I wouldn’t believe them. They should close the hotel until they’ve dealt with the infestation. Do not stay here.

We drove up for a weekend hunt and found a quiet place in a great location. The room was clean, the food was fresh and good, and the staff were great. We needed linens for the couch bed, and Carter was great about getting them for us. We’d definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was noticeably poor. The little fruit they had was spoiled, and both the selection and quality of the food were below par. The fitness room is a plus, but its four pieces of equipment were very old, loud, unbalanced, and low end. The rooms and property were just okay. In my experience, this place falls well below the usual AmericInn standard. It’s been a long time since I paid this much for so little.
