The area is great, close to grocery stores and other shops, and it was quiet outside. The rooms were clean, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The manager was pleasant and helpful as well. Thanks for making it an easy stay.

The room smelled really good and was very clean. The staff were friendly and professional, and the front office clerk told me when they close so I could arrive in time to get my room. We were coming from a long distance, and that was helpful.

The customer service was terrible. I booked a single room online, but when I checked in last night it had no heat, even though it was 15° outside. They moved me to a room with two beds, then said I'd have to pay the price difference. I booked one bed in the first place, and the room only changed because it had no heat, so it isn't my fault. Now I have to wait outside in the cold for hours until 3 p.m. to check into a single room. It's 15° in Georgia, which is insane. They also require a $50 deposit that wasn't mentioned when booking online, so bring cash.

I've always had a welcoming, wonderful stay here. The staff are helpful and professional, and the property is clean and very well managed.
