For the one night we stayed, the rate was great. We always seek out this hotel when traveling because I need an ice pack to sit on. The small kitchenette has a full-size fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, and extra kitchen items you might need for a weeklong stay. We find the rooms clean every time, and the staff professional and friendly.

Construction noise made it impossible to get any peace. I was on the second floor and could clearly hear activity from both the first and third floors. The whole hotel smelled terrible, and the trash bins by the elevator were overflowing and looked like they hadn't been washed in a long time, just had their bags changed. My first room was filthy, with old food wrappers, water bottles, and soda cans under the bed and couch. It seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned. There were no tissues, hand soap, or dish soap either. We asked to change rooms because the first one felt lived-in. The second was a little cleaner, but the overall place still felt unsafe, with lots of sketchy people around the entrance. The front desk staff weren't in uniform, so it was hard to tell who worked there. We eventually didn't want to stay at all. Save your money and find somewhere cleaner and safer.

The bathroom's sliding door had a huge gap because it wasn't installed properly, so anyone sharing the room could see your private business. In the kitchenette, there was no stove, even though we'd specifically requested one, and nobody brought the hot plate. The room phone didn't work, so we had to call from our own phone to get anyone's attention about the problem. No one came to fix it. The building seems newly built, but the insulation appears to be poor. Wind whistled loudly through the window, making it hard to do anything and giving me a severe headache.

The view from the room was beautiful, and everything was spotless. Check-in was quick and easy, and I really enjoyed my stay.
