InTown Suites Extended Stay Louisville KY - Airport

The online photos don’t show what the place is really like. It’s a dump, with shady clientele hanging around outside, a hole in the bathroom door, and lots of issues that still haven’t been fixed or repaired. Find somewhere else.

I had to scramble for another hotel while traveling from Texas to Kentucky because they canceled my room for overbooking. I’d booked two weeks earlier and called about arriving late. They told me to call again on the day, which I did, only to hear the room was canceled. No email ever came through to let me know. The staff member was very rude, as though their overbooking was my fault.

The manager is kind and does what she can to help guests. She was very helpful.

It’d be even better if there were a basketball court or little playground for the kids, though we made it work. My family found the stay much less stressful and more enjoyable thanks to Amanda and Ash, who were both awesome and helpful. The place has really been cleaned up since back in the day, and the remodeled rooms are done really well. Thank you.
