The location made things easy, with stores and restaurants close by, and the place felt peaceful and safe throughout my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and had what I needed to feel at home. Housekeeping and the front desk were respectful and attentive. From the moment I arrived, everyone was welcoming, professional, kind, and ready to help. The whole stay felt smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. I’d definitely return and recommend this Extended Stay to anyone wanting a reliable, welcoming place to stay. Thanks for a great experience!

The rooms and facilities were clean, and the location was handy for restaurants, gas, and groceries. I appreciated the strong coffee too. But breakfast was really lacking, and laundry was expensive. During our extended stay, the maid didn’t come, and we took our own trash out. I had to go to the front desk for things like kitchenware and to swap dirty towels for clean ones. They also gave us only 24 hours’ notice that pest control was coming, which was inconvenient since no one told us upfront. A three-star stay overall.

The rooms are clean and spacious, but the kitchenette was unexpectedly bare. We had to ask the front desk for plates, cups, utensils, and cooking items. There’s no pool, and the fitness room is tiny with very little equipment. Breakfast was a disappointment too, just coffee, oranges, yogurt, and grab-and-go muffins. With so few amenities, I wouldn’t recommend this place to families with kids or anyone staying longer than a few days.

I paid extra to stay here because my training was across the street, and I extended through the weekend. It’s newer and looked nice at first, like a good extended-stay option. The AC went out on our final night, and the guy at the front desk was amazing. He really tried to help us sort it out, but we got no compensation for the trouble. When I extended the stay, the woman at the desk didn’t know how to process it, so I spent the whole day at work worried my things would be gone. Thankfully, the manager was nice and got my extension arranged. Two of the housekeeping ladies were pretty rude. I’m not sure I’d stay at that location again, though I’d probably go back to the one on az ave and Guadalupe.

The room was nice and the hotel felt luxurious, but my experience was ruined by the manager. I’ve stayed here for quite a while and paid around $2,000 to $3,000 in daily reservations. No one checked whether I needed housekeeping or fresh linens. On my first day I made a mess because I didn’t know they had brooms, but once I found out, I kept the room clean for the rest of my stay. I asked the front desk where guests could put their trash and was told there was no large bin for guests. The next day the manager told me to leave it outside my room because they had a room on my floor where they put everything. When I checked out, she tried to charge me for the trash bag and dirty sheets. I don’t understand why changing sheets would be an issue when guests leave. I told her no one had checked whether I wanted fresh linens or cleaning, and she said they only do it once on a certain day. That didn’t happen during my stay, and she then claimed someone had knocked and I didn’t answer. That’s false. I went to the front desk every day to pay, and they called me late at night and early in the morning to ask about extending my stay, so they could reach me when they wanted to. She also made disgusted faces at my older son, who is autistic, and later called my kids and me disgusting. She threatened to ban us from all their locations, and when I said the cameras would show I hadn’t done anything wrong, she told me to try booking somewhere else. I’d even bought cleaning supplies and mopped before leaving. Being called “Lady” when she knew my name, and treated this way over one trash bag and sheets that needed washing, was completely unprofessional. In my opinion, the company should retrain this manager in customer relations. It felt close to harassment.
