Homewood Suites by Hilton Phoenix Chandler Fashion

We've come to the area for March spring training games in three different years, and each stay here has gone really well. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, too. The staff have always been friendly and helpful, the rooms clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and breakfast has been great every morning. Thanks to everyone at Homewood Suites for making our visits good year after year.

The front desk woman was very apologetic when I raised the problems in the morning. The kitchenette cabinets needed wiping, and there was dirt and bugs beside the fridge. Only one elevator was working, and although I'd reserved an accessible room, I was given a regular one. Disappointing in a lot of ways.

Housekeeping was poor. On the first day I found a red stain and a hair on the sheet. Even after the room was cleaned, they were still there, so I'm not sure the sheet had been changed. Now I'm questioning the other bedding too. Kids were running around every day, all the time.

I only stayed one night, so I can't say much about what it'd be like for a vacation. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and they got my digital key to me promptly. The place and surrounding area seemed clean, with little crime, and there was plenty of parking. Easy to reach the interstate.
