We got the top-floor room at 5 pm, and it was clean with no smell. I was worried about thin walls and floors, so I called that morning after being told to call on the day of arrival. Caitlyn made sure we got the top floor. I'd also mentioned possible pet smells or fleas because we'd been badly bitten at a hotel in yuma once. She said she'd double-check, though she didn't think there had been pets in the room recently. That was great service. The Wi-Fi gave us trouble, and Alyssa at the desk was friendly and explained what to try. When it still didn't work, I went back after waiting on hold for 20 minutes and hanging up. She contacted tech support, then called me 20 minutes later to say they'd call. They did, and solved it within five minutes. I went downstairs to get the techs' names so I wouldn't spell them wrong, and chatted with Alyssa. She also explained a couple of the bad reviews, including that pallet bs and some others. I've run my own company, and I know some bad reviews come from customers having a bad day or unrealistic expectations. The room, location, and price were good, and the staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We'll be back several times to visit our granddaughter in college. Be a good customer and you'll usually get good service. I'd book here confidently.

The toilet still wouldn't flush when we came back late the next day, so we had to go downstairs to use the bathroom. Before leaving, I noticed the pillow cover was back and the pillows had stains on them. They're worn out and gross. Take that linen fee and buy new pillows. Makes me wonder what the mattress looks like. Check-in itself was easy, but they charge a daily linen fee and don't replace the linens or give you fresh towels. When we first arrived, the toilet was running and wouldn't flush. We told the front desk, and they laughed, said that room had the issue, and told us someone would fix it the next day. It ran all night, wasting water. We left the following day.

The room was clean and the location convenient, and everyone on the team stayed kind and respectful. I had a small shower problem, but as soon as I told the staff, they responded professionally and worked to put it right. I appreciated that level of accountability and integrity. Things go wrong sometimes, and what matters is how the business handles them. I'd definitely stay again.

For a long-term stay, this place is good for the price. The common areas need more cleaning and the trash needs to be taken out more often, which concerns me. I understand a skeleton crew helps keep costs down. Still, it's okay overall. 👍

The rooms were clean, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The location is convenient and the price we paid was reasonable. For budget reasons, I'd consider staying here, but it wasn't close to the best hotel I've been to. The regular rooms are very small. Having a kitchenette is nice, but there are no dishes, and renting them costs a lot if you don't bring your own. The walls seem to be a single layer of drywall, so you can hear everything your neighbors do. The whole setup reminded me of Allegiant, where anything beyond the basics comes with a big extra charge. WoodSprings also adds $2 for sheets in case they're damaged instead of putting a hold on the card for incidentals. It's only $2, but when you book through a third party, you find out at the desk. I don't like surprise fees.
