The beds and pillows were fantastic, and check-in was quick. The rooms could use an update, though. We only had two towels and no sheets or pillows for the hide-a-bed, but the front desk sorted it out quickly. Breakfast had both hot and cold options. The pool area was clean but small, and the hot tub jets didn't work. Around 7 a.m. the fire alarm sounded for about an hour as a false alarm. It kept going in the rooms after it had stopped downstairs and in the halls. Luckily, we were heading out for the day.

We arrived for our January 18, 2025 reservation and found a note saying the hotel was permanently closed. Nobody had called to tell us, so we had no chance to book somewhere else. My husband had even received an email that morning confirming the reservation and saying they looked forward to seeing us. They also charged him for the room and treated it as a no-show, even though there was no hotel and no room for us. Very poor customer service from this company.

There was a dance competition and a wedding party at the hotel when I checked in, so things were a little busy. The staff stayed friendly and helpful, and the service was fast. Our room was clean and quite nice, though a bit dated compared with some hotels. The only issue in the room was a little mold on the shower ceiling. The pool and hot tub were nice too, but the towels had run out. We made do since it was busy, and I'm not holding that against them. I'd definitely come back.

Hallways were hot with no air conditioning, and there was garbage lying around. The carpets throughout were disgusting, while the scuffed cabinets and dressers and old, dingy bathrooms made the place feel badly kept. It looks good in the pictures, but it's outdated and neglected. There was no maid service during our stay. The website says there's a bar, but it has been closed since Covid. My family stayed too and felt the same way. We were all disappointed, and I will not be back.
