Jared, Chris, and Danny went above and beyond from the moment I arrived. They were welcoming, helpful whenever I needed something, professional, kind, and positive. Their care made my stay comfortable and memorable, and the team really made the place feel like home. I can’t thank them enough. We walked into a room that was already occupied, and the person inside was in their underwear. The beds were hard as cardboard and uncomfortable. In the morning, housekeeping knocked before checkout because they thought the room was vacant. The hallways smelled strongly of fish too. A very disappointing stay, and the place seemed poorly managed. I’ll never stay here again.

There’s no daily housekeeping, the property is filthy, and the rooms smell awful. The whole place feels unhygienic and unsafe. I found bed bugs in the room and have pictures and videos, but management denied it and refused to move me when I asked. They keep lying and covering up the problem instead of fixing it, with no accountability. It’s a nightmare and not even worth one star. Avoid it if you care about your health, safety, and peace of mind.

They called that morning to confirm my stay, which I’d already confirmed online, and I told them I’d arrive between 11 and 12 p.m. When I got there, they had no vacancy. They said they couldn’t do anything and that I wouldn’t be charged, but they did charge my card. I asked for a refund and they said they’d issue one, but never did. Now they just hang up when I call to follow up. It’s been five months without a refund for the wrongful charge. Ahrrr.
