Robert was so welcoming when we arrived. His friendly, genuine help made a real difference, and you can tell he takes pride in giving guests a positive experience. I'm grateful for his generosity and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

The photos online gave a misleading idea of what the place actually looks like. We paid a lot, had no continental breakfast, and parking on the hotel lot added $6.50 per day, which really adds up over a week. We won't book here again. The room was fairly spacious but dark, with too little lighting. The beds were very firm, the bedside lamps were loose and drooping, and the toilet flushed so loudly it was startling. The microwave we requested was dirty and looked like it had come from someone's basement storage. Construction was going on during our stay for my sister's PA school graduation, with some family members housed near workers throwing things out windows and drilling. The hot tub was broken and the pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The lobby bar closed at 10 on a weekend night. The bistro was overpriced for what you got, and the espresso martini wasn't good. The bartender consulted a book for an espresso martini and a Maker's Mark manhattan, but they didn't even have Maker's Mark, only Jim Beam. My mom had to tell her she was going to bruise the bourbon. An employee also seemed annoyed when we asked to turn on the TV for the football game. The bar was closed, so we sat in the dark area and brought drinks from our room.

After nearly 20 years of work travel, I've never seen a hotel charge parking separately at $6.50 a night. What a joke. To be fair, they waived it after I mentioned it. They also told me there was a problem with the water lines, and from what I saw, that may be what I'll be showering in tonight.

The front desk and other staff are always welcoming and helpful, and the place smells heavenly when you walk in. I stay here for a local conference, and it's wonderful every time. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely appointed, with comfortable beds. Parking is easy and plentiful, and I especially like the little market for snacks and quick meals.
