We came for race weekend, and for the price, this place was perfect. The room was clean, the hot water made for great showers, and the staff we met were friendly. Parking was easy, too. I’d definitely stay again if I’m back in the area.

A huge gravel lot with paved parking spaces, a straight shot to Knoxville in about 30 minutes, and no long hallway walks. You can pull right up to your door. The room was very clean and had a microwave, mini fridge, large flat-screen TV, and tons of channels. Good rate, and Adrian was a great host. Great for race fans or teams. I guarantee you’ll be back!

It’s an old-school motel, and the room was basic, clean, and had what I needed. I like that it isn’t just another chain hotel. Not sure why there are bad reviews. Give it a chance.

The room was basic and no-frills, just what I needed, and reasonably priced. Even though neighboring rooms were occupied, I didn’t hear any noise from them, which was a big plus. Under the new ownership and management, the room was very clean, and the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. I’d stay again.

The staff were friendly, and there was free coffee in the morning. The place is a little outdated, but it did the job after the Super 8 next door cancelled our reservation. More pillows, a hair dryer, and larger bed options would be nice. Be prepared for a noisy train and the trash truck early Friday morning.
