The location is hard to beat, and the rooms are shining clean with a great view either way. The food is delicious, and the staff work hard to get you a room and are extremely accommodating. After 24-plus hours of travel and two delayed flights, I was so relieved they let me check in a little early. On my latest visit, the young blonde woman who checked me in kept making sure I was taken care of, always with a smile. She even made copies of a work paper and found me an envelope. The shuttle was prompt when I needed it, and I enjoyed chatting with the van driver all the way to the airport. I’ve always favored this hotel over others, and I can’t thank the team enough.

The sports bar was great. We all had lunch there and watched the college football playoff games. For our family Christmas party back in Charleston, I wanted a nice, convenient place to stay, and Four points fit what I needed at a good price. It wasn’t just my wife and me. Our two sons and their families stayed too, ten satisfied customers in all. We had a lovely room with a river view. When I mentioned the other reservations at check-in, the woman immediately offered to put our families next to each other. Awesome experience.

I’d stay here again and recommend it. The location across from the river is fantastic, and check-in was easy and very friendly. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the double window shade blocked the light well for sleeping. The rooms are a bit dated.

We had a pretty view of the river from our clean room, and the staff were very friendly. An on-site parking garage and restaurant made this overnight stop on our way to Tennessee convenient and relaxing. I’d definitely recommend the hotel if you’re in the area.

Coffee and creamer seem to run out well before they’re supposed to close the station, which has happened during a few of my six or seven stays. The front desk was kind enough to get me both when that happened. The hotel is convenient to everything, all walkable, and they offer shuttle service. Rooms are clean, and the front desk associates are friendly.
