We felt safe here, and the room was clean, pleasant, and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and everyone was helpful with our questions. The parking carousel was easier to use than I expected, and the car felt secure there. Little personal touches made the stay feel tailored to us. I’d stay again.

They even welcomed us with wine and chocolate, and seemed to have every extra we could think of. The room was spacious, clean, and modernized, while check-in was easy and reception very friendly. We arrived before check-in after landing, and they held our bags for us. Such a great idea, and I can’t wait to return to The Iris.

The room at the Iris was cozy, very clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were sweet and quick to help, whether we needed directions to find the place, parking suggestions, or more coffee pods. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The carousel car park was new to us, easy to use, and a real convenience. We had a comfortable, modern, clean stay at the Iris for three nights. The beds and pull-out couch were great, and the blankets and pillows were especially comfortable. The amenities were functional and high quality, including a Dyson hair dryer and washer/dryer. It’s far enough from the busy part of King street to be quiet, but still within walking distance of the attractions. We’d gladly return.

Service was a real highlight at The Iris. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and consistently helpful, so everything felt easy. The rooms were comfortable, clean, fresh, thoughtfully designed, and beautifully maintained. The location is convenient and quite good, even if it isn’t quite perfect; it’s still close enough to get around easily. Fantastic stay, and I’d absolutely return.
