Best Western San Bernardino Hotel

When we first came, nobody was here, which already felt suspicious. More recently, we tried booking and the people were extremely prejudiced toward us. It was clearly backhanded discrimination. Don't waste your expensive money on unnecessarily rude service.

I'm on my second night at the Best Western in San Bernardino. The beds are super comfortable, and both the rooms and bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. My first room had a king bed, but as a light sleeper I couldn't get used to the freeway noise. They moved me to the other side, to a room with two queen beds, and now I have no complaints. The hospitality has been great, especially the overnight gentleman, who is the sweetest and has made my stay really comfortable. Thank you!

Other guests were loud late at night, and some were verbally rude when I asked staff whether the coffee was fresh. Staff joined in with rude remarks. The coffee wasn't fresh, and the whole interaction was hard because the thick glass and the staff member's heavy accent made it difficult to hear and understand anything. Usually accents aren't a problem, but I had to strain. The thick glass separates guests from the front desk, and I had to ask for everything instead of being offered anything. Unbelievably poor service and a terrible experience.

Beautiful, fancy rooms and amazing staff. They were so nice and patient. I'd totally stay here again if I was in the area!
