Best Western Red Carpet Inn

At 4:00 pm I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes with nobody at the front desk. I rang the bell and called the hotel, but got no answer either way. That's a terrible way to run a business. I'll make sure corporate hears about this location.

The rooms are consistently clean and everything in them works. The evening check-in clerk is always friendly and accommodating. We love her, though I wish I'd gotten her name.

Breakfast was cooked right, and there was plenty of parking. The rooms were clean, the prices were great, and the staff were awesome and very professional.

The room had plenty of space, was very clean, and the AC kept it nicely cool. I'd stay again, even though the check-in wasn't pleasant. The person who checked me in wasn't friendly and didn't have much bedside manner. I also only found out about the free breakfast by looking here, since nobody told me. The office chair needs attention. Mine wobbled so much I worried it might tip sideways or lean too far back and dump me on the floor. It'd be a shame to have a lawsuit over a simple repair or replacement being neglected.
