The food was delicious, and Miranda was quick and efficient as our server. Lauren made a huge difference too, welcoming and helping us from start to finish. One of the best customer service experiences I've had. I'll definitely be back.

This was our second stay, a Valentine's getaway, and the location and amenities were great. We liked being able to walk to so many attractions and enjoy the city. But this is the second time the valet staff have acted unprofessionally. They seemed to assume everyone would use valet, and once they realized we planned to walk around instead, they treated us poorly and rushed us. As Hilton Diamond members who've always appreciated the Hilton experience, this was upsetting and has me wondering if we'll stay here again. I hope you take this seriously, since it can affect the guest experience.

The online listings all showed a pool, and that's the whole reason I chose this place, but there isn't one. The rooms are very small, there's no microwave, and the bathroom sink is outside the bathroom with no privacy. They charge $32 to park in the garage even if you're staying there, and the Starbucks wasn't even open. I wouldn't come back.

The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The room was nice, but it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly: there were crumbs on the floor and the bed linen was spiked on the corners and on the pillowcases. I called down asking for another room, but they said they were full. I didn't believe it because there weren't many people coming and going and only a few were in the bar. They came and cleaned the room and put fresh linens on the bed instead. The pillows went flat when we laid our heads down, so we got four extra. The hotel is downtown near restaurants and bars, but the parking garage elevator didn't work and walking through the stairways felt very dangerous. In the end, they were okay.
