Drury Inn & Suites Charlotte Arrowood

I slept well, and the shower on the third floor had good temperature and pressure. Everything was spotless, from the lobby and dining area to the halls and room. Breakfast tasted good, was nicely prepared, and the area was well looked after, so I didn't need a thing. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I had an excellent stay and will look for Drury again.

The location was good, and the staff were friendly. Check-in and checkout both went smoothly. I missed the kick back, but the popcorn was tasty :). The room was fine, just nothing special. Housekeeping needed attention: the shower soap hadn't been refilled, and there was no lotion. The spa wasn't working, and with one person covering both the bar and kitchen, my two desserts took almost an hour. Breakfast was okay, though I'd have liked more hot options than sausage, eggs, biscuits, and potatoes. I liked the location, but I'm not sure I'd stay again.

The gym was well kept, and the hot tub and pool were a nice way to unwind. The whole place felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming, which made it easy to relax. Breakfast had plenty of fresh, satisfying choices, and the included dinner was a real bonus, especially the two complimentary alcoholic drinks offered with it. My stay at Drury Inn & Suites in Charlotte was great from beginning to end. I'd absolutely come back.

I didn't stay here, but stopped by the bar since the Hilton across the road has no food or drinks. I only tried a quesadilla, so take my opinion on the food for what it's worth: it was decent. Shaena, the bartender, was the real highlight. She's a sweetheart, easy to talk to about anything, gets along with everyone, and is just plain awesome.
