Element Charlotte Uptown

Shana the bartender was the highlight of our stay. She was amazing, fun to talk with, and gave great service. Cam, the front desk manager, was also helpful, friendly, and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed with the kids for ChosenCon and would come back. The staff were cheerful and helpful, and the hotel is an easy walk to the Charlotte convention center. The gym is decent and open around the clock. Breakfast is free and better than most, with real eggs, sausage, burritos, yogurt with toppings, and fresh fruit. The room was laid out nicely, with comfortable beds and a big TV. There’s a kitchenette with a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, plus enough dishes, silverware, and glasses for four.

Shana at the bar was amazing, efficient, and personable, and the front desk staff were very helpful. The location worked wonderfully for getting to both the convention center and the NASCAR hall of fame. I’d definitely book again when I’m back in Charlotte.

Alberta makes the best scrambled eggs, always with a lovely smile. The breakfast included in the room price is better than at any other hotel I’ve tried. Everyone on staff was helpful during the snowstorm, and the room is comfortable. Great hotel, we’ve stayed several times.
