The room was clean, breakfast was good, and the customer service was great. Chris at the bar was fantastic. We were there to look at the location for a family reunion, but our appointment wasn’t until morning. He noticed us looking around and went out of his way to let us see the locked banquet room. He was incredibly accommodating, and his cocktails were delicious.

We’ll definitely come back, hopefully when there isn’t a kids tournament going on. Besides that, the hotel experience was awesome. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional. Chris at the bar was especially great, making sure everyone felt included and acknowledged while keeping the drinks flowing.

Saliaka checked me in and was very pleasant. She explained when and where to find breakfast and the complimentary evening reception. My room is clean and spacious, and the facility is well maintained throughout. My only complaint is that the reception snacks weren’t replenished during the last hour or so, so we didn’t get to enjoy them. We have one night left, and I hope we’ll get to see what snacks are offered then.

Casey was wonderful at his job. I think that was his name, the red headed bartender with a beard. I stayed a few weekends back for a soccer trip, and he worked happy hour through closing both nights. He handled the crowd efficiently and kept smiling. Even six hours later, he still had that smile and the same hospitality. That’s exactly what customer service should be. I can’t say enough good things about Casey!
