The room was spacious and nice, and we could walk to the spectrum center. The valet team really stood out: Armaan, Jonah, James, and Tiyah were prompt and polite and took good care of us. We appreciated both their communication and the conversation. Everything about our experience was great. We'd recommend the place and hope to see the same friendly employees next time we're back.

Nolan welcomed me when I arrived at the Hilton Charlotte Uptown and, by coincidence, was there again when my stay ended. That full-circle hospitality made a great impression. He was friendly, genuinely kind, and helpful throughout, making check-in smooth and answering our questions with a smile. He always made sure we felt looked after, and his positive attitude and extra effort made the stay better. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with a great Uptown Charlotte location that made getting around easy. After a fun night at The Millennium Tour concert, it was lovely to come back to such a welcoming place. I was in town for the The Millennium Tour, and I had such a good experience that I had to leave a review. I'll definitely return to Charlotte and stay here again.

Armann made leaving after the tournament especially easy. He carefully loaded our things, cleared all 10” of snow off the car, got it warm, and sent us off with bottled water for the drive. The hotel itself was lovely too: welcoming staff, a handy location within walking distance of lots of places, tasty restaurant food, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and nice views. We were there for a long weekend volleyball tournament. I’d only suggest adding a microwave and a fridge that actually stays cold. I’d happily stay again.

The valet team made arrivals and departures easy every day, handling my car carefully and working quickly. They were all friendly and professional, and Armaan started each morning on a cheerful note. The rest of my stay at the Hilton Uptown was great as well, from the clean room and the meal to the front desk. I’d gladly use the valet again and recommend it to anyone who wants courteous, reliable service.

More than 2,000 women attended our convention this past weekend, and everyone had great things to say. I had no complaints. From my first contact with Faith through to Nia and Kristen, the Hilton Uptown Charlotte team gave me the best customer service I’ve ever had at a Hilton. They stayed on top of every need and answered my emails and calls promptly. Amaan at valet was always smiling, polite, and quick, and the front desk team was excellent too.
