The breakfast was good, with some options I hadn't seen before, like tortillas and sauces. The food was kept topped up and the area was clean. The lobby, though, wasn't clean: there was shredded paper and spilled hot sauce on the floor. Lots of bags of fast-food trash were left outside guest doors at night and were still there at 11 am. My digital key didn't work because the room I'd been assigned hadn't been cleaned. Valet was $45 and seemed a must, though that's downtown for you. I also wasn't welcomed as a Hilton Honors member.

The fitness center was really nice, and the staff and valet team were friendly and courteous. I felt safe traveling here alone with my two daughters, even though I was a bit apprehensive about the trip. Our room was clean and spacious, and we made good use of the kitchenette over the weekend. Parking was expensive, though that seems typical in larger cities. This was one of our best hotel stays, and I'd absolutely come back.

The rooms were okay, and the hotel has potential, but the service was horrible. During our two-week stay, we were lucky if we got our room cleaned or received fresh sheets and linens. The desk staff were far from helpful. We won't stay here again, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It's a big room, but I feel pretty gross in here. The couch has suspicious white stains, the water pressure is shockingly low, and I found other people's things on the floor under a chair, so I'm sure it hadn't been vacuumed. Update: I found an arc of bodily fluid on the wall above the toilet paper holder. I don't know what it came out of, but I'm sure no one at the hotel cares about room cleanliness. Quality control is clearly non-existant. I added a picture of the body fluid spray.
