Kasa Charlotte FreeMoreWest

Team Kasa were kind, attentive, and accommodating. The place itself was quiet, clean, and cozy, with what I needed for either a work trip or a personal one. It felt like a home away from home. Had an excellent stay, highly recommend.

We felt so at home in the room that we didn't want to leave, lol. It had everything we needed and more. The online service was thorough and fast, and the location was great too. Convenience stores were within two miles, with grocery stores and a pharmacy nearby. Downtown was about a five-minute drive, so Ubers were cheap and we didn't have to deal with parking. 10/10, we'll stay again!

The biggest problem for me was privacy at the windows. They only had faux-wood two-inch blinds, and they were too small, leaving big gaps at the sides and in the middle. No curtains or blackout shades. I ended up using extra bed linens and clothespins to cover the windows so I felt safe getting undressed for bed. This was my first time in a Kasa apartment rental. The virtual check-in is great if you don't want to deal with people. The apartment was very clean, and behind the gate there was much more parking than we needed.

We had a question about the internet and got a quick reply. Communication was clear and the check-in process went smoothly. The place was safe, clean, spacious, and convenient, so it felt like money well spent. I'll definitely use Kasa again.
