They’ve really improved how well the rooms are cleaned. The staff were professional and very accommodating, and I’d definitely recommend the place.

After a 20-hour bus ride, I arrived expecting to check in, only to be told I was lying about my earlier call. I’d called at 5:20 pm and explained that I didn’t have my physical debit card because I’d ordered a replacement while out of town. The man who answered said it would be fine if the room was paid for, and that my daughter could bring the card around 1 am for the $100 hold. At about 9:30 pm, when I pulled up the call on my phone and called the same number, their phone rang, but they still insisted no one had spoken to me and suggested I might have called another Quality Inn. One of the employees even called both men who’d worked earlier, and they each said they hadn’t talked with anyone like that. Eventually they accepted a picture of my card, something no one had mentioned on the earlier call, so I stayed since I’d already paid. The place was fairly clean, but how customers are treated says a lot, and for that reason I would never recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine with my stay, though the motel itself isn’t that great. What really stood out was the morning receptionist’s attitude. He doesn’t know how to speak to customers or show basic manners, and the way he talks comes across as disrespectful. People thinking of staying should be aware. With that attitude, I don’t think he can run the business well.

Zid at the front desk moved us to a second room, but that one was dirty too. There were stains on the back of the door, the lampshade was badly marked, and the salmon-colored chair had a head print and grease on the armrests. The toilet seat was broken in both rooms, so you could risk falling if you tried to sit down. I’ve stayed at Comfort Inns and Quality Inns before. They’re affordable and usually clean, though not like a Hilton. This hotel was completely unacceptable, unless you’re used to living in dirt or need a room by the hour. I filed a complaint and really hope the hotel gets inspected. My husband and I booked September 19-21, 2025, and checked in around 7 pm.
