The room's bare furnishings and other things that were broken or in poor shape made for a rough stay. The bathroom mirror was only useful if you're 5'6" or shorter. The tiny fiberglass shower barely fits one person, and it took 12 minutes for the water to get only just warm enough, around 105 degrees. Loud boom boom music from the party place next door went on until 1 AM. Bright parking lot lights came through the window covering, so bring earplugs and a face shield. I wouldn't feel safe here as a woman. It's a dump, though if you only need a shower and a place to sleep, it might do.

I left within an hour and gave up the money I'd paid, finding another place instead. I booked for one night because of medical appointments in Charlotte and paid $15 for early check-in when I arrived. The online photos didn't match the property. In my room, the toilet was dirty and the linens were stained and didn't look like they'd been washed in a very long time. The neighborhood seemed questionable, and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car there overnight. Don't stay here.

The staff member who helped me was polite and understanding, and canceled my reservation without a hassle when I chose not to stay. I’d booked for May 2025, but the place looked nothing like its online photos. It seemed run down, and the room I was shown wasn’t clean. Most of the guests I saw appeared to be men rather than families. It might suit workers looking for a cheap place while they’re in the area.

My room was dirty and smelled like smoke, including the one they checked me into, though I did settle in. I didn’t smoke in it, and the whole situation was messed up. I stayed 8/7/2025-8/9/2025 expecting decent service. They made it sound over the phone like I could get a room, then treated me like I didn’t matter when I arrived. They wouldn’t even let me switch rooms, and I had to beg to get my deposit back. I really didn’t like their service.
