Sentral Inkwell

The apartments are so cute, and I left with a really good impression. I toured with Sydney, the manager, and she made me feel comfortable even though I had a lot of questions. It’s one of the top 10 places I’ve seen so far.

Moving from out of state felt so much easier with Sydni helping us. She arranged virtual tours of the units and helped get things ready for our move, staying responsive right up to the last minute. She’s been fantastic through the whole process.

At Inkwell Apartments, the open layout feels modern and welcoming, and the rooms are spacious with plenty of natural light. I also love how much is close by, from grocery stores and cozy coffee shops to boutiques, entertainment, culture, and food. Charlie, Cody, and Harrison on maintenance are always friendly, quick to respond, and attentive to residents. Sydni deserves a shout-out too, she’s efficient, helpful, and genuinely sweet, and a wonderful addition to the staff.

We’ve found Inkwell to be a great fit for our new family. Our three-bedroom apartment has enough space for us and our newborn, and we enjoy the neighborhood and the people in the building. We moved to Charlotte in March because of an urgent job requirement, and our leasing agent Asia acted quickly to make the move smooth. The staff are attentive and efficient, and the location has been perfect for us.
