The bed was a bit soft, but the room was clean and comfortable. We hate tubs, so the fantastic walk-in shower was a plus. I also liked the layout, with the toilet and one sink in a separate room from the shower and larger sink area. There's plenty of parking, but it's only for guests. Access from the freeway is easy, though a long access road leads into the amusement park. I bet it gets super crowded in summer.

Gina at the front desk made our visit especially enjoyable. She was upbeat, friendly, and helpful every time we saw her. She made check-in quick, explained things clearly, and her positive energy really improved our stay. The room was quiet, comfortable, and well kept, and the amenities worked for what we needed. The hotel was clean and in a great spot for visiting the park. My friends and I felt welcome as soon as we arrived, had a smooth stay, and left happy with our choice. We had a great time and would definitely return to Marriott Springfield Carowinds. I recommend it to anyone in the area for the comfortable rooms, welcoming atmosphere, and great staff.

The lobby was lively and a great spot to gather, and our room was kept in excellent shape. Katrina and Gina were super helpful and friendly with us. Thanks to them, we can't wait to come back. It was an amazing experience.

We heard kids running up and down the hall until after 11 p.m. If you can hear every little sound around you, be prepared. The location and service were great, and the room felt fairly new. I liked having the shower and toilet in separate rooms, but the toilet room's frosted glass door is a bad idea. If someone uses it in the middle of the night, that light shines right in your face. They should get rid of those doors.

The staff were great and the rooms were fine, though the walls could use a cleaning. Using the laundry was quite a hassle because the machines are cashless and require an app.
