All the staff provided excellent customer service, and I liked having a smoking area. The room was nice, and the refrigerator worked. The common areas were spotless, and there’s a nice indoor pool with a lift to help people who need it get in and out of the water. A wonderful stay.

I booked through Priceline for two nights, then needed to change it to a one-night stay. I was willing to pay for both nights if they would let me change the date. The hotel had the final say on date changes and refused to help, without giving any reason. Very disappointing. Don’t stay here if you expect customer service or for them to put customers first.

The hotel isn’t soundproof, and being beside a highway and major road means you hear cars racing all night. You also hear every time a neighbor opens or shuts their door. I’m not happy. I know most hotels have bugs and you’re lucky if you don’t see any, but when I did and asked for the room to be cleaned while I was out between 10:30 AM and 4:00 PM, I thought that was a reasonable request. Instead, I had to move to a completely different room right next to the one I’d left.

The room was really clean, and breakfast had plenty of variety. Staff were very friendly, too. I had a pleasant stay.
