Village Inn Motel

I had a really easy stay here. It was quiet, very clean, and there was plenty of parking, with snowmobile trails nearby. Don was friendly and understanding, and had no trouble adjusting my stay. I'd definitely recommend the place.

We found Village Inn Motel while heading downstate after a lovely fall color trip through the U.P., Minnesota, and Wisconsin. The place was cute, clean, comfortable, and easy to find, away from big city activity. Online check-in and keyless entry were simple, and there were all the amenities we could ask for. The beds were very comfortable, and my husband quickly claimed the chocolates left on the table, saying they were really good. As we were leaving, a woman told us a bit about the motel's history. They've done a fantastic job with the place. After we left, we pulled over in the fog to photograph a ghost rainbow. It was so cool. Look it up, they're rare but real! If we're ever back in this area, we'll stay here again. Thanks for the clean, beautiful, comfortable room.

We stayed here while on a snowmobile trip. The room was very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. Great place, and we'll definitely return.

We had a lovely, quiet, relaxing stay at the Village Inn and I'll come back next time I'm in the UP. Don and Lynn were warm and hospitable. Our room was very quiet, with the sunset just outside the window, and I never heard a sound from the room next door. It was a nice surprise to find a YOOPER chocolate bar waiting inside. The room was spacious, with two comfortable queen beds, a good sized microwave, and a bigger refrigerator than I expected. There was hot water in the shower and three grab bars for safety. The carpet was clean, and they provided a spot for shoes by the entrance. On the morning I arrived, they texted and emailed my room number and access code.
