MainStay Suites Chattanooga Hamilton Place

The room smelled like an animal had stayed there, the remote was sticky, there were bread crumbs on the floor, and the window blinds were dirty. I reported it to the desk clerk, who showed no concern and didn’t offer another room. Our planned four-day stay ended after one day. There were also two hippies smoking weed by the front entrance. Very low-class hotel. Don’t be fooled by the photos.

I’m Minister Gooden, and I want to give a special thank you to Mrs. Deanne, her daughter Jessica, and the caring staff at the Main Stay Suite. Our congregation is always treated with such professional, kind, and courteous hospitality. Thank you.

Best place in Chattanooga for a week or just a night. It’s a great value, clean inside and out, quiet, and the staff are friendly, professional, and attentive to details. Hands down, the best all around. 10/10, I recommend staying here!

We found the staff pleasant and accommodating. They gave us local suggestions and even printed some documents I needed. The hotel is clean and comfortable, with kitchen and seating areas in the room, as you’d expect for an extended stay. The beds were quite comfortable too. It’s conveniently just off the highway, with plenty of fast food and sit-down dining nearby. Mainstay Suites met or exceeded our expectations, and I’d definitely recommend it.
