We paid for one room with two beds for two people and only wanted our coworkers to visit and hang out. The man at the registration desk called our room and demanded payment for the visitors, even after we explained they weren't staying. We had to leave the room to avoid extra charges. He claimed he'd explained the visitor rules, but never told us guests weren't allowed. We weren't trying to sneak anyone in or lie. Since we'd paid for the room, we thought we should be able to have visitors. It felt very unprofessional and unkind. Hampton Inn is so much better.

The room was clean and quiet, and customer service was great. It was just right for what we needed. The mattress felt a little firm, so it should suit you if you like that.

The room had just been redecorated and might work well for a different kind of stay, but it wasn't a good fit for three adults. I booked two beds and a sofa bed expecting more space. When the sofa bed was unfolded, it blocked the path to the bathroom. There was nowhere to hang clothes, and since we had a funeral the next day, we wanted to hang and iron them. Checkout was at 10 a.m., and when we asked about the complimentary breakfast, we were told it had ended at 9. The selection was very limited. At about $150, it wasn't good value.

I couldn't rate this a four, though it wasn't poor. Maybe 3.5 if half stars were an option. The room was very small, and the hotel is tucked into a residential area. It was clearly an older hotel that had been remodeled.

The room was nice and clean, but the cleaning service was much too aggressive for my taste. There were also some sketchy people next door.
