Studio Suites Extended Stay

The room was advertised as non-smoking, but it wasn’t. The sheets were dirty, there was crap under the toilet lid, and drunk people were in the hallways. It seemed like people actually lived there. 0/10 stars. I packed up and left. The front desk said Booking would have to issue my refund because that’s where I booked.

The full-size fridge, microwave, and kitchen were great, and there’s a washer and dryer too. It was a very comfortable, clean place, with friendly, welcoming staff. The area is convenient, and Hamilton Place mall isn’t far away. I’d recommend it to people looking for a long-term stay. Definitely five out of five!

We stayed for a week, and the place felt dirty and was way overpriced. They seem to do the bare minimum cleaning the rooms. There was hair all over the tub, and I felt dirty just being in there. I killed under ten roaches on our first night. If you can find somewhere else, go the other way!

Find somewhere else. This place was a dump, and it felt like a rip-off since I’ve paid the same for much nicer rooms. The floor hadn’t been swept, and I wasn’t comfortable walking barefoot. The whole room smelled musty and smoky, and the AC smelled musty too and gurgled every time it switched on or off. Cockroaches, both dead and alive, were crawling on the floor and walls. There was a cigarette burn on the sheets, black stains on the towels, no TV remote, and some lights didn’t work. People wandered around slamming doors, using drugs, and yelling at one another, while dogs barked constantly. There was trash all over the parking lot. The owners clearly don’t care about this place.
