Carl(?) made us feel welcome and took good care of us. He picked us up on the hotel's airport shuttle, checked on us at breakfast, and confirmed when we needed a ride back. The shuttle runs 24-hours, but you have to request it verbally, by calling the front desk when you arrive at the airport and telling them at checkout when you need the return ride. His service is what keeps my rating from being lower. The construction noise was noticeable, though staff told us about it when we arrived. Renovations are expected to continue into the spring. The room also wasn't as clean as I expected, more like a quick once-over. Most of the staff we met were friendly. I'd consider coming back once renovations are done in 2026.

I loved the stay. My room was quiet and just right. Iris kept the amazing breakfast spotless and stocked, and was such a friendly face. Tiffany at the front desk was a great help too.

This Hampton was the exception to my usual good experiences with Hampton. The room was too warm and I couldn't get the AC to turn on. The fridge door wouldn't shut, so it ran nonstop until I unplugged it, leaving me with a warm soda. The supposedly clean towels had dark hairs, the remote had no way to view and select from the menu, and the lamps were unplugged. Maybe I'm being picky, but Hamptons are usually much better.

The staff were nice and breakfast was good, but the beds weren't comfortable at all and should be replaced. The hotel needs remodeling, which looks like it may already be underway.

The location was great, the front desk was nice, and I've never seen a hotel with more TV channels. The room, though, was pretty bad. Both beds squeaked even when I just sat on them. There were crumbs in the carpet, the AC filter was filthy with dust, the bathtub was dirty, and the bathroom faucet was fitted so poorly that washing my hands was difficult.
