Residence Inn by Marriott Buffalo Galleria Mall

Aaron at the front desk made a big difference for us. I was there with two friends, Gabriela and Rosa, from February 21 to February 26 in room 136, and we had a great stay. From the first day until we left, he was kind, helpful, and professional. He's the sort of person who makes you want to come back. Thanks, Aaron, for taking care of us. 🙏🏻

I spent a month onsite in March of 2025, and Aaron and Arnez at the front desk took such good care of me. When I called today for copies of my records by email, Aaron handled it right away and remembered me. Really excellent service and attention to detail. Thanks for making my stay easier.

The studio King was the size I wanted, with a King bed and a sofa bed, and breakfast was great. But the room was badly maintained. The kitchen floor was sticky all over, and the carpet was so filthy that it left dirty marks on the shower floor after I walked across it. The old sofa bed had a problem with its base, so I had to sleep diagonally to avoid hurting my back. I had requested two extra towels and two extra memory foam pillows through the Marriott app the day before arrival, but got only two towels and no extra towels or pillows. As a Gold elite member, I expected a high floor, but was put on the ground floor with no upgrade. They said the hotel was full, though there were very few guests in the breakfast lobby. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

When I work in Buffalo, this is the only place I want to stay. Michelle and her team are welcoming and very attentive. They greet you each time you come in, and after more than one visit, they may even call you by name. I travel a lot for work, and this is easily my favorite place to stay away from home.
