The rooms were very nice, the staff friendly and helpful, and breakfast had plenty of variety and food. The location is ideal, right beside the Capitol offices and the Library of Congress, with lots of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. We didn't need to bother with taxis. This hotel was phenomenal.

We were in DC for our wedding at the Church across from the hotel, and our group stayed here. I can't recommend the place enough. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the downtown location was ideal. Everyone on staff whom I dealt with went out of their way to make things easy, from upgrading rooms to digging people's cars out after the snowstorm. The service was impeccable.

I've stayed here many times and have loved the great service. My main complaint is that the rooms aren't in the best condition. The closet, bathroom, and main doors don't close properly. They have so many layers of paint that they're too big for the frames.

The breakfast is included, which is great, and they also lend guests five bikes. The customer service is very professional, and Mr. Bini was kind and helpful. The location makes it easy to reach the attractions, restaurants, and bus stops D10 and D1X. More food choices would make staying here in DC perfect.

I just booked three nights for April 2026, and things are off to a great start. Norman and Tiana were very helpful with the reservation and made sure it had exactly what I needed. Kudos to them for the great customer service. Looking forward to updating this after the April stay, with details about the rooms and more!
