The person working breakfast was friendly and helpful, but everyone else seemed unfriendly and couldn't be bothered. We didn't even get a hello or good morning. The property looks fairly new, yet it's already in disrepair in several areas, which didn't feel Hilton-worthy and made the stay uncomfortable. Our TV and refrigerator didn't work, parking cost too much, and even with a breakfast credit we still had to pay another $17 for a breakfast that wasn't worth it. Next time we're in Boston, we'll look elsewhere.

Most of it was fine. The bed was comfortable, and the room thermostat let us control the heat. Traffic noise wasn't much of an issue, though you can't open the window for fresh air. The shower door is heavy glass and won't stay closed, and there's no anti-slip mat, which seems dangerous. It also takes a while for hot water to reach the fourth floor.

The food options didn't have much variety, though what they did offer was good. The staff were friendly, and Thomas (14), the bartender and wait staff, was the greatest.

After a full day of early flights from Norfolk to Charlotte to Boston, that warm chocolate chip walnut cookie was very welcome. The staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze. The hotel was conveniently close to the airport and to the part of Boston where I needed to get my passport within a day. My king room was very clean, with simple but modern, tasteful decor. The bathroom was stocked with hand and bath soap and shampoo and conditioner, and had a lighted magnifying mirror, which a lot of hotels don't have. They offer a $20 breakfast buffet, which I didn't try, but it's handy for anyone wanting to eat before the day starts. The airport shuttle runs every half hour from 5am.
