We booked two for a quick overnight and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Amanda, the host, was thoughtful and incredibly responsive, and she kept communication kind and consistent. The meals were fresh, delicious, and well planned. The location was perfect, and we’ll be back!
Amanda’s attention to detail made the elegant atmosphere feel even more special. We had a delicious filet mignon, tender and cooked just right, with exceptionally fresh and flavorful roasted potatoes and sautéed asparagus. It was a memorable dining experience in every way, and we look forward to coming back soon.
We came straight from our wedding venue for a minimoon at Hubble Shire Farm, and felt at ease right away. The room was gorgeous and comfortable, and the quirky downstairs was fun and eclectic. Amanda’s kind, thoughtful service came through in every meal and experience. Breakfast was delicious each day, and the dinner menu she put together was wonderful. We’ll be talking about the filet mignon and bubbly pairings for ages. After the biggest event of our lives, it felt like home. We can’t wait to visit again!
You can reserve dinner at Hubble Shire Farm without booking an overnight stay, so don’t worry about that. Amanda’s thoughtfully set table, beautifully curated menu, and indulgent wines made for an exquisite meal. It’s a unique, atmospheric place for a special occasion. Thank you, Amanda!
The scenery was spectacular, and the food was excellent. Hubble Shire Farm is the most beautiful house I’ve ever stayed in, with a thoughtful mix of classic and contemporary decor. It gave me the best Thanksgiving ever!
