Savannah at the front desk made the stay so much better. Even while working through a snowstorm and surely tired, she greeted us with a real smile every time and was always willing to help. Her kindness and commitment really stood out. The hotel is lucky to have someone so hardworking and thoughtful.

After a long trip, my husband and I arrived late and Kelsey welcomed us so warmly. She was patient, sweet, and helpful, and made our arrival AMAZING. Thanks, Kelsey. Keep up that great service.

I wanted to give this place five stars, but the breakfast area's cleanliness let it down. Before the first use of the day, the waffle iron in my photo was already coated with baked-on food. The waffle tongs also weren't cleaned at any point during my four-day stay. Do better.

The bed was very firm, so ask about another option if that's not your preference. Otherwise, we had a great stay at this nice, budget-friendly hotel. It's across the street from the casino, a short drive from Cherokee shops and activities, and close to Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the free buffet breakfast was a nice extra. We're not gamblers, but the casino has some good restaurant choices. We'd definitely return.

Stayed four nights and slept well on a comfortable bed in a clean, tidy room. It's right across from the casino, and a budget-friendly place to crash after selling your soul there 😂
