A clean, inexpensive, convenient place with great, attentive staff and stocked amenities, including breakfast. It's a few blocks from the casino and downtown, far enough to miss the bustle but still only a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive.

Holly at the front desk took great care of us, with excellent service and helpful advice for exploring the area. She was professional while still being friendly. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is quite decent, and the setting is peaceful, away from crowds in Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We stayed at the Cherokee location to be near Smokey mountains, and I'd recommend it for the service, cleanliness, and location.

Our past stays here had been decent, but this visit was awful and will be our last. The window seat is advertised as a twin bed, yet they said there were no pillows left for it, so we had to buy some next door. There were only two towels for five guests. The bins had no bags, toilet paper was hanging from the peep hole, and a used condom was still on the air unit. We also got a rash from the bedding.

Coffee was always hot, and the price was easy on the wallet. The staff were really nice and helpful. Getting the TV going took some figuring out, but they had step-by-step instructions for connecting to Wi-Fi. There’s no satellite service, so you’ll need your Netflix login or a Fire Stick.

The room was clean and otherwise not bad, apart from kids screaming nearby. I skipped using one light because it flickered as soon as I turned it on. The mini fridge wasn’t plugged in, and the entrance door’s security latch was broken. There’s a grocery store next door, and shopping carts were scattered through the parking lot.
