Elizabeth welcomed us at check-in, explained the hotel amenities, and was extremely polite. Her professionalism set a great tone for our stay. Our room at Courtyard Marriott Chesapeake in Chesapeake, Virginia, was spotless, comfortable, and clearly well maintained. We appreciated the care and attention throughout the visit and would happily return. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Chesapeake area.

Mr. Damion Harris remembered what we liked with our different meals, even when we forgot to ask, and everything he cooked or made was amazing. The food was great, and those caramel macchiatos were life changing. Elizabeth and Gwen helped my husband and me so much, and the service and room were just as wonderful. We’re so glad we chose this place for our date night and morning.

The friendly, attentive staff made the stay really enjoyable, and my room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Ikai greeted me at the desk with a smile and was professional, pleasant, and courteous. The room arrangements were handled efficiently. I was in Chesapeake for the festive NSU Homecoming events, and Courtyard Marriott Greenbrier 1562 Crossways Blvd Chesapeake Va was perfectly located. My stay and accommodations were wonderful. Sincere thanks to Ikai and the additional Marriott staff for making it such a great visit.

The beds gave me the best sleep ever, and I even asked for the mattress information so I could buy one for home. The staff were great, and having a bar in the bistro was very convenient. Gwen and Danice were friendly, polite, and funny. I’ll visit again.

Elizabeth made our stay fantastic. My son and I were in town for a hockey tournament, and he had a knee injury. Each night when we got back, she brought him a bag of ice and asked how he was feeling. She also suggested a route to one of the rinks that was 40 minutes away. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming the whole time.
