AL Patel greeted us warmly when we arrived and offered a room upgrade at no extra charge since ours wasn’t ready. He also had homemade cookies at the desk. The room was clean and comfortable, and the cleaning staff were friendly. The location worked perfectly for the restaurants, stores, gas, and other places we needed to visit.

I checked in at 5 and looked over the basic areas of the room after putting my things down. Later, my company found a toenail and a tablespoon under the nightstand near the bathroom. My back was hurting, so my friend reported it. They told us that since I’d booked through a third party, I had to report it to them. I can see why the ratings are what they are now. This was my last time here.

Mr. Al Patel at the front desk went well beyond his usual duties when I accidentally booked the wrong location. He called the other property, canceled that reservation, and booked me at this one. He even remembered me from my previous stay. The staff are courteous and friendly and do what they can to make the stay a good one. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is amazing, with hot and cold options that are kept clean and replenished. I’ll definitely stay here again.

The location is the best part, surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and other amenities. The rooms are nice, and the staff were very nice too. WiFi was a major disappointment where I was: I could connect, but it wouldn’t get an IP address, so I couldn’t actually use it. The complimentary breakfast is the usual cheap hotel spread, with eggs, sausage, waffles, and similar items.
