We’ve been renting at the Avalon for almost ten years, and it’s a nice building with spacious rooms, a bathroom in each bedroom, an elevator, an indoor pool, and a rooftop observation deck with a great view. Vacasa has taken over renting the units we use and really raised the price. It’s a nice place, but we’re starting to wonder if what they charge is worth it. It’s sad after renting here for so long.
