Days Inn Hotel Chester Philadelphia Airport

The hotel was a relief after more than 15 hours stuck at the airport following a canceled flight. It’s unpretentious, covers the basics, and I had no real complaints. Amohit at the front desk was especially kind, quick, and helpful. He sorted out my room and airport shuttle without delay and made everything feel calm and simple while I was exhausted. His service is the main reason I’d choose this place over another airport hotel.

American Airline assigned me a room here overnight after my flight was delayed, and their airport shuttle brought me over late in the evening. The ride was quick and comfortable. Staff were polite and answered my questions about nearby food and hotel services. My room was clean and comfortable, I slept well, and the morning shower was refreshing. The little portable machine in the room and its standard coffee packs provided complimentary coffee. After I’d returned to the airport, an attendant called to say I’d left my phone and charger in the room. He went beyond what he had to do and got them back to me quickly through the shuttle driver. The whole stopover made a very positive impression and is something I’ll remember. My Philadelphia stop was a wonderful experience, well worth considering.

The location makes getting back on the road simple, right off I-95, and there’s a free shuttle to and from Philly International Airport. Parking is free too, though the lot isn’t very large. Breakfast is included, and the staff are friendly. The rooms were clean and practical, and the railway tracks nearby weren’t uncomfortably close. It’s perfectly fine if you keep your expectations in check. It’s a Comfort Inn, not the Ritz Carlton.

The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and it stayed quiet despite being so near the airport. From check-in through checkout, the staff were friendly, professional, and quick to help with directions and recommendations. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked, with hot coffee, eggs, waffles, and the usual things you need to start the day. The shuttle was on time and made getting to the airport easy and stress-free. I had an excellent stay at the Comfort Inn Philadelphia Airport in Chester, Pennsylvania, and thought it offered great value and true hospitality. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in the area.
