Hampton Inn & Suites St. Louis/Chesterfield

The remodel turned out well. The rooms were clean, fresh, and nicely equipped. Everyone I dealt with, from the day and evening front desks to breakfast and housekeeping, was pleasant and helpful. This hotel has restored some of my hope in the Hilton brand. I’d definitely stay again.

It’s a good value, with plenty of free parking and an easy check-in and checkout. The rooms were clean, though I spotted a few dusty areas, and the front desk staff were decent. It’s close to the Factory and other venues. Breakfast was just okay, but the attendant was super nice. It’s not the most luxurious place, though it met my expectations for a Hilton/Hampton. I’d stay again.

I love this place and would come back if I’m in the area. The rooms were clean, the pillows were great, and there’s a lot nearby, including a restaurant I’d recommend in basically the same parking lot. Check-in was A+. A housekeeper knocked on my door well before checkout even though the do-not-disturb sign was up. It wasn’t a big deal, and the manager was very apologetic. The housekeeper must have told him about it. I’ve dealt with Hilton over this issue for almost a decade. This hotel clearly sees the problem and hopefully will address it. Other Hilton properties with the same issue tend to dismiss it as “they’re just doing their job.” I’d come back when I’m in the area.

I stay here often for business, and the service from everyone has always been top-notch. The rooms are simple and serviceable, but clean and affordable, which is what I’m after. A few times I’ve had minor issues, and the Hampton Inn team has handled them quickly. They’ve treated us like true hospitality professionals.
