Breakfast costs extra, but the selection is very limited. The price is high, and the shower pipes rattle. The accessible rooms haven't been updated, the blinds don't work, and the old TV kept having problems.

I can get work done at the small desk, and the Wi-Fi is free. In king rooms with a couch, they even provide a laptop stand. The layout is one of the best I've seen, and it makes a three or four night stay easy. The breakfast buffet could rival a casino's, the self-service stations are handy overnight, and staff are around when you need them. It's clean, well cared for, and remarkably quiet even when it's right beside a five-lane highway. After trying a few other hotels, I'll pick Hilton Garden Inn wherever I travel.

A great spot to rest and recover, with good food and a team that really goes above and beyond. Top marks.

I've stayed here on and off for years because it was surprisingly cheaper than other places nearby. After this latest visit, I see why. Things have really declined. The lobby used to have fresh water out, and while the hallways have been renovated, the rooms are deplorable. The plumbing is old and loud, and the pipes shake when the shower runs. I've spent the stay killing ants. They're all over, even in the bed, so I've had to sleep dressed and keep all food out of the room. I considered asking to move, but my stay is short. The staff are extremely nice, but I expected more from Chesterfield, where there are better hotels. This was my last stay here.
