Best Western Plus Frontier Inn

The room was clean and nice, with really comfortable pillows, though the bed cover was a little thin. The price felt high, and I wasn't impressed by the desk clerk when I checked in; she came across as a bit snobbish. I was there because my truck had broken down, and I'd walked over from the Pilot the night before in 0° weather, with the wind chill unclear. I honestly wasn't sure I'd make it, never mind get back to my truck and wait for service. At breakfast I was feeling rough, and Jill, who ran the buffet, kindly asked if I was okay. I guess I must've looked unwell, lol. I asked about a shuttle because the walk was short but the gusts were around 40 mph. Jill said they didn't have one then, but she'd see what she could do since I wasn't feeling well. She checked with the front desk and then offered to drive me back to my truck. She went way beyond what she had to. Thanks to her and the woman in the office.

There’s a Pilot and Maverick right next door, handy when you're driving a long way. The hotel itself is a great value for the price, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a big bathroom. My only issue was finding parking for a truck and trailer. Since it wasn't busy, we took up several spaces. I only saw anyone at check-in, though, so I would've rated the service higher if staff had been around more.

Jamie, on the second shift, was very welcoming and happy to answer whatever I asked. Karen checked me in and was the most capable, knowledgeable staff member I've ever dealt with. The hotel exceeded all my expectations, one of the best I've stayed at in years. Keep it up!

They made our anniversary feel special, even with our kids along, and took extra care to make breakfast safe for all three of our celiac kids. The hotel and staff were amazing and really went above and beyond for our family.
