The front desk staff were professional, and the room was clean and perfectly decent for a budget stay within walking distance of downtown. The hot water was barely more than tepid, though, and the ventilation fan couldn’t be left running steadily. It kept switching on and off noisily all night. Luckily I had brought a portable fan to cover the sound. You get what you pay for here.

I never got my $150 deposit back, even though I left the room clean and undamaged. When I called, the front desk said housekeeping had found signs that I smoked in the room. I don’t smoke and hadn’t invited anyone over. The only person who entered was housekeeping, because I forgot to put out the do not disturb sign. I tried several times to reach the manager, but she was never available. Staff said only the manager could authorize the charge, and they couldn’t help me. There was no hot water during my stay, either.

We lasted four hours before leaving for a room at the Quality Inn, where it was clean and the staff were great. Here, there was no hot water, the rooms didn’t look like the pictures, and breakfast was awful. The new owners aren’t doing a good job. It may be priced low to attract guests, but I’d call this the worst hotel in Cheyenne.

I had my service dog and a pet with me, and everyone was completely comfortable with that. The staff were really nice, the room was comfortable, and they cleaned it during my three-day stay. I’d recommend this as a good place to stay when you’re in town.

A very basic hotel. The parking spots are narrow, and setting the thermostat to 60 only brought the room down to about 70. The water was warm, but not hot. Breakfast was okay, and the donuts they served were good.
