Amli 900

We’re looking forward to moving into our one-bedroom + den at Amli 900. After touring several places in the South Loop and nearby neighborhoods, we were won over by the clean building, amenities, and friendly staff. We also appreciate that basic utilities aren’t broken out into extra fees. Chris, the leasing agent, kept in touch and let us know when other people showed interest in our specific unit, so we could lock it down quickly. We ran into a few small technical issues during verification, but Whitney, Jackson, and Will were quick to help get the application finalized. My fiancé and I will update this after we’ve lived there a few months.

As someone new to Chicago, I’ve found AMLI to be a great place to live. Downtown and lots of good food and shopping are within walking distance. The leasing team is professional and communicates well. Amanda especially made sure I had what I needed for move-in and kept me informed throughout the process.

Friends who’ve rented here for years recommended the place, and after moving in a couple months ago, my husband and I are glad we took their advice. We love the monthly events hosted by the leasing office and feel like they really care about residents. The amenities are clean, from the coffee and tea to the gym, printer, and lounge. Our unit is clean and up to date, maintenance is quick and helpful, and the view is beautiful. It’s also easy to get to Printer’s row and South loop. And there are cute dogs around!

Chestine showed me the units that seemed like the best fit and walked me through everything. She was professional, thorough, and has such a great personality. I definitely want to rent at Amli 900!
