Chicago Parthenon Hostel

We both felt very safe traveling as two women, and the stay was good overall. Still, the fridge was broken during our visit, there was nowhere to refill water bottles, and we couldn't find a fork in the kitchen to eat our meal.

The room was really clean, and I was lucky enough to have it to myself. There are lockers for valuables, too. I hadn't stayed in a hostel before, but I only needed somewhere to spend a few hours overnight, and this affordable little spot did the job. It was clean and quiet, even though I got there after midnight. There was a 7/11, a Starbucks, and a place that I think had gyros but definitely had pizza within walking distance. Union Station wasn't a long ride away. Just be aware this place isn't very ADA friendly: there are a ton of stairs and no elevator at all. If you can't climb stairs, don't stay here.

The staff were friendly, though the hostel was expensive compared with others. Some religious psycopaths intentionally harassed me here, but the situation was resolved. While staying here, I took some of the best pictures in chicago. I also worked on identifying a lot of holes in history, some intelligence investigations, and solving F⁵¹. I worked on lowering real estate, food, and drink prices across the US, and on regrowing body parts with embryo fluid. I also solved cancer, bacterial and viral infections, and amoebas.

I spent five nights here and was really impressed. It was quiet and super clean because the hostel wasn't busy. The train line into the city is only a two-minute walk away. Loved it.
