I went to Chicago for the Chicago Marathon, and Amar, the owner of Grand House 424, made sure I felt welcome and comfortable. I had a reservation problem through a third-party app, but he stepped in right away, handled it kindly, and got me a room for the weekend. I'm grateful for his warmth and professionalism. The place was clean and cozy, in a great area with lots of places to eat and public transportation nearby. I met some great people there, which made the visit even more special. The bathrooms were spotless and well kept, something I especially appreciated after the marathon. I'd highly recommend Grand House 424 to anyone visiting Chicago.

Ground House Hostel was a good, simple place for a short stay, with a calm atmosphere and a reasonable price. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a shared kitchen for cooking. It's conveniently located near shops and public transit, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Getting around was easy from this downtown spot, with restaurants, shops, and public transportation close by. The space was clean and comfortable, and staff were responsive and helpful during my two-night stay. Check-in was quick and easy too. I'd gladly come back and recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Chicago.
